SHIPPING OUTSIDE ITALY: We currently ship to Austria, Germany, France, Belgium, Holland, Luxembourg, Spain and Portugal, Sweden, Finland and Denmark. For shipments to other countries in the European Union, you can contact us for an estimate of shipping costs. We prepare your shipment, carefully packing it, within 3/4 working days. Delivery delays are very rare, but if you need to receive your order no later than a specific date, make sure you have enough time to manage any delays and if you have any doubts, contact us before placing your order.

All products on this website, whether unique pieces and works of intellect or items produced by third parties and recovered or reconditioned, are sold as seen and appreciated. We recommend carefully reading the descriptions, verifying the dimensions of the item, and bringing any doubts to our attention.

 

NATIONAL SHIPPING (ITALY)

National shipments are prepared within a maximum of 3 business days. Delivery usually takes from 3 to 7 business days (excluding Saturday and Sunday) from the time the goods are handed over to our courier.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING (EUROPEAN COMMUNITY)

International shipments are prepared within a maximum of 3 business days. Delivery usually takes from 8 to 10 business days (excluding Saturday and Sunday) from the time the goods are handed over to our courier.

 

TRACKING AND DELIVERY DELAYS

The delivery dates provided by couriers in the tracking are only estimates and may therefore be subject to changes during transit. Delivery days begin to count only after the goods have left our premises and not from the moment of order. A delay can only be defined as such if the transit has exceeded the limit declared by Rondella.it (National Italy 3-7 business days from the time of delivery to the courier, International European community 8/10 business days from the time of delivery to the courier). If a shipment is held at a pickup point and the recipient does not collect their package within the time frame indicated by the courier, the package will be returned to the sender and the purchase will not be refunded. Any inconvenience due to the negligence of the recipient is in no way grounds for a refund.

 

DELIVERY DEADLINES

Delivery delays are very rare, but if you are purchasing goods that must have a maximum time limit for delivery (for example, to give as a gift), make sure you have sufficient time margin to handle any delays. ATTENTION: Any delay in delivery is not dependent on our will; however, we will do our best to assist you in case of any inconvenience.

 

RETURNS

Products purchased from Rondella.it can be returned within 30 days of receiving the shipment. The product must be in the same condition as you received it and without any kind of damage. In the event that the product arrives damaged or with one or more missing parts, the refund will be issued net of the damage received. If you decide to return the product, you must let us know by sending an email to: inforondella@rondella.it We will schedule a pickup at the same address to which the goods were delivered and will send you a return label to print and attach to the package. IMPORTANT: YOU MUST ATTACH THE NEW LABEL TO THE PACKAGE ONLY AFTER REMOVING THE OLD LABEL. After receiving your return shipment, we will inspect the returned products and begin processing your refund. The money will be refunded either through the payment method you used during purchase or via bank details provided by you. The refund will be paid within 14 days. The refund will be made net of shipping costs, which are always the customer's responsibility. The shipping costs for the return will always be equivalent to those you paid for receiving the goods.

 

REFUND IN CASE OF LOSS

Everything that happens to the shipment once it has been taken over by the courier is beyond our control. For international shipments, in case of loss of goods, the refund of an order is made exclusively if, at the time of purchase, the customer has chosen and selected insured shipping. If the shipping chosen by the customer is not covered by insurance, no refund will be made.
